Key Responsibilities

• Support in planning for physical materials, spaces & services
• Support relationship with service providers and manage delivery
• Contribute to operational planning, venue teams training and delivery of Workforce operations at official sites
• Contribute to and support delivery of the Operations of Role Specific and Venue Specific trainings
• Support with integration effort with HC Workforce Operations team to ensure the same level of service delivered to volunteers at non-official sites
• Support with Procurement of any materials, services
• Manage relationship with suppliers, managing the deadlines for orders and delivery
• Participate in all alignment efforts with Planning, Training, System, Support Services, Volunteer teams
• Support development and coordination of business process and procedures for workforce operations
• Any other duties as requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Recourses, Administration, Management, Event Management or related field;
• Fluency in English is required
• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage

Experiences:

• 5+ years in people management
• Volunteer Management is an advantage 
• Major Multi-Sports / Multi Location events experience is an advantage
