Key responsibilities
- Undertake the selection and assignment of the volunteers
- Support in partnership with function areas job descriptions for volunteer roles
- Support the development of the selection criteria and requirement skills for volunteer roles
- Implement the pre assignment process of volunteers to roles
- Implement the role offer process
- Perform any reporting and data analyses on the volunteer assignment and offers accepted
- Collaborate with the matching criteria for quality assurance of candidates during the selection process
- Lease with functional areas regarding volunteer requirements, acceptance rates and volunteer allocation
- Work close to the support service and system team to make the best use of the volunteer management system
- Implement schedule development process with Projects
- Support the other workforce areas such training, engagement and operations
- Coordinate volunteers on site for any activities or events
- If required develop process and coordinate different tasks for the workforce department
- All other duties as requested.
