Key responsibilities
- Coordinating the stadium authority delivery of Electronic Access Control infrastructure/facilities for one venue, including:
- The stadium management network (EACS network);
- The Electronic Access Control System (EACS);
- Physical connection as a basis for data exchange;
- Interface software for data exchange;
- Conducting Electronic Access Control venue inspections and workshops;
- Scheduling stadium test and final acceptance test at the respective stadium, taking into account all parties involved (FIFA Ticketing, ticketing system provider, stadium operator, the Electronic Access Control System provider, third-party provider, etc.);
- Providing trainings to turnstile operators, ticketing staff, SPS, etc.);
- Verifying and ensuring appropriate signage implementation at the stadium;
- Preparing and managing test tickets for the stadium test and final acceptance test and performing test procedure on-site, among other tasks;
- Preparing and managing test tickets for matchday-1 and matchday tests and coordinating test procedures at the venue;
- Coordinating and managing EAC operations during the event;
- Managing organisational meetings including matchday debrief meetings, preparing debrief minutes, including definition of action items and track bug fixing as well as other scheduled activities;
- Ensuring provision of training materials for EACS clearing tool; and
- Supporting the mobile ticketing project and providing the required support for configuration, deployment, testing and maintenance.
